5. Rinsing and runoff control
Cleaned surfaces are rinsed so loosened soil and cleaning residue do not dry back onto the property. Runoff is directed away from entrances, pool equipment, neighboring lots, and areas where soil or residue could collect.
6. Post-cleaning inspection
The completed surfaces are reviewed for remaining stains, exposed coating failure, loose material, and areas that need repair or a different treatment. Permanent stains and pre-existing damage are documented rather than hidden behind a guaranteed-restoration claim.
